Step 1:
Explore our website and learn all about The Learning Tree! Then come to one of our Open Houses or arrange for a private tour - we’re always happy to see you!

Step 2:
Fill out and send us our Application form. You can either download our Application form from the website or receive one at an Open House or after a personalized tour. When completing the Application form, please remember to include all of the items on the Checklist.

Applications are welcomed throughout the year. However, remember it is always best to apply early for September entry as placements are limited. After September, applications will only be considered on a rolling basis (as spaces might become available).

Step 3:
Come for a visit and participate in an interview at the Center with your child.

Step 4:
Wait for a decision. Set up a Registration Appointment.

Step 5:
Come and register (a start date can only be confirmed upon completion/reception of all the required registration documents).

Step 6:
Set a “visiting day” prior to your child’s first day. This is a special day arranged with your child’s educator designed to welcome your child and help him/her feel comfortable about attending the centre. We recommend that the “visiting day” is for at least an entire morning and that one parent stays and participates together with the child in all class activities and routines.
